Communiqué is an interactive reporting system.  You can filter your report data instantaneously very much like you could a regular data grid.  Wherever a filter bar is present in a report, select any of the filter buttons on the filter bar and watch the report respond to the filtering.  The same idea applies to search parameters when executing a report (not all reports have a search panel). 

It is not necessary to close the report in order to re-filter or re-query the report for new results.  This is what's meant by interactive reports.
