V3 Release 4 build 200

Overview of this release

This release features many enhancements to improve and extend Communique’s capabilities making it more useful than ever. Product Brands and Categories have been added to this release along with 15 new reports. There are new Dashboards, 3 new themes, and the multi-level drill downs are complete and available in 7 reports.

Overstock order file support has been added to this release. For those selling on Overstock, you can import your order file into Communiqué, and use those orders like any other orders with your sales analysis and product replenishment.

The following is a summary of significant enhancements and fixes for this release. Not all improvements or fixes are listed.

General Enhancements or Fixes

Brands: Full support for Brands and Brand Groups have been added to this release. The Brands Explorer can be found in the Products section.

Busy Indicator: A new busy indicator has been added to all of the reports. When performing searches and other data intensive operations, the report will grey out and display a message “Retrieving report data please wait…” Once the processing is complete, the message will disappear and the report will return to its normal state.

Categories: Full support for Categories and Category Groups have been added to this release. The Categories Explorer can be found in the Products section.

Missing Option added to search tabs: In addition to the “Include” and “Exclude” option, “Missing” was added to the Brands, Categories, Countries, Markets, Ship Service, US States filter tabs. This option will list any records missing those assignments when selected.

Overstock Order File Support: Support for importing Overstock orders are now full supported in this version of Communiqué. You can import Overstock order files via the Orders -> Data Feed.

Product Status and Type Selectors: These filter selectors were moved to the SKUs tab. The general tab with some reports did not have sufficient space to accommodate these filters. Due to limited space we were not able to offer these filters on some reports so moving these filters to the SKUs tab resolved this issue.

Product Status Filter: By default, reports utilizing the SKUs filter tab will exclude Inactive products.

Recalc Order Option: Due to anomalies with the way Amazon fulfills orders especially when multiple items are shipped from different warehouses, it may be necessary to recalculate an order. These discrepancies can be found usually when reconciling settlements and orders. This option can found in the popup menu of the Orders Explorer.
