Replenishment Reports: All replenishment reports support the days out of stock (DOOS) functionality. Toggle on this option via the data filters for each report to apply DOOS to sales velocity calculations.

Update Cogs for Orders: Added a SKU filter so you can limit to the update to a specific product. This can be very useful when you change the cost for an item and want to recalculate orders having the SKU.

Zero Sales Filter: This new filter for various reports, suppresses any zero value sale. These include non-amazon fulfillment's and product replacement orders from FBA. You can toggle this filter off any time to view zero sales orders.

Days out of Stock (DOOS)

The ASC Integrator will track days out of stock (DOOS) for any SKU whose quantity on hand is 0 and continue to track it until new stock is received (MFN and AFN items are tracked separately). Knowing the number of days an SKU is out of stock during a selected period can be important especially if you are selling on a market like Amazon where you cannot sell an item if it’s out of stock. Using DOOS with your replenishment reports will improve your sales projections, reorders, and anticipated stocking levels for each SKU.

The Inventory Monitor works with Communiqué for ASC to provide DOOS data which can be used for many of the inventory reports like the Product Replenishment, SKU Analyzer and various other replenishment reports.

New Reports

Days out of Stock Analyzer: This report can be found in the Products and FBA section. There is separate report for each.

Product Replenishment Reports

Listing Date: The listing date (MFN and AFN) is considered when calculating sales velocity for products. If the listing date is greater than the start date then the listing date is used instead so the report does not count days the item was not available for sale (do not confuse this with days out of stock (DOOS)).

New Filters: The “Rec RPoint <> RPoint” and “Level <> RPoint” so you can quickly locate products whose reorder point or stocking level has changed.
