V3 Release 3 build 152

Overview of this release

This release has a few enhancements, refinements, and some minor fixes to the previous release.

A data integrator for Amazon Seller Central is now available to automatically download orders, listings, settlements, and updates so you no longer have to download the files and import them manually. The integrator uses Amazon Market Web Services (MWS) to communicate with your seller central account.

The following is a summary of enhancements and fixes for this release. Not all improvements or fixes are listed.

General Enhancements or Fixes

Update Cogs for Order: This utility can be found in the Products -> Tools section. It was added to aid in updating and recalculating order missing cogs. Many merchants were importing orders without product costs already defined causing the orders to have 0 cogs which inflates gross margin for orders. This utility solves this problem by allowing a merchant to go back and add costs for their products and recalculate the cogs for orders missing cogs. It is possible to recalculate orders with cogs by selecting the “All Orders” from the Cogs Calculation Options.

ASC Integrator

Active Listings: periodically downloads your merchant active listings file from seller central.

FBA Inventory: periodically downloads your FBA Fulfilled Inventory file from seller central.

FBA Orders: periodically downloads your FBA Orders from seller central.

Orders: periodically downloads your merchant orders from seller central.

Settlements: periodically downloads your settlements from seller central.

Updates: periodically downloads your fulfillment update file from seller central.

Stone Edge Data Synch

Several enhancements and updates have been added to the Stone Edge data synch for this release. They are as follows:

1.Primary Supplier issue: For those merchants not assigning a primary supplier for each SKU, cogs, supplier SKU, and supplier ID were not being updated in Communiqué. We adjusted the logic so this would not be an issue any longer. The Synch still looks for the primary supplier first, but will select a non-primary supplier when a primary supplier is not indicated.

1.Patterns Tab: A “Patterns” tab was added to the Synch for those merchants who modify the SKU with leading or trailing characters to list their products under multiple ASIN's. The patterns in this tab will be removed from the SKU before matching it in Stone Edge.
