Overview of this release

This release features many enhancements to improve and extend Communique’s capabilities making it more useful than ever. We’ve included a preview of multi-level drill downs we’ll be incorporating into the next release. Go to the Buyers -> Top Buyer’s report. Be sure to toggle on the “Display Orders” and “Display Items” option located in the Filter Options section of the data filters in order to enable this feature.

Allot of improvements were made to the Products section to extend it capabilities and provide greater insight to your products and listings to include image support. Additional improvements were made to the Orders and Settlements section as well.

A data integrator for Amazon Seller Central is now available to automatically download orders, listings, settlements, and updates so you no longer have to download the files and import them manually. The integrator uses Amazon Market Web Services (MWS) to communicate with your seller central account.

The following is a summary of significant enhancements and fixes for this release. Not all improvements or fixes are listed.

General Enhancements or Fixes

•Find Panel: The find panel search feature has been added to all data analyzers for this release. The find panel lets you quickly and easily find all occurrences of numbers, strings, values, text, etc. in the visible columns of the Analyzer. For example: You are trying to find all occurrences of "123." Use the find panel and it will find all occurrences in any cell of any visible column.

ASC Integrator

•Active Listings: periodically downloads your merchant active listings file from seller central.

•FBA Inventory: periodically downloads your FBA Fulfilled Inventory file from seller central.

•FBA Orders: periodically downloads your FBA Orders from seller central.

•Orders: periodically downloads your merchant orders from seller central.

•Settlements: periodically downloads your settlements from seller central.

•Updates: periodically downloads your fulfillment update file from seller central.

Dashboards

•Fulfillment Summary dashboard now has a “This Year” filter tab. This tab was added for consistency purposes since many of the other dashboards had this already.

•Product Flow dashboard now has a “This Year” filter tab. This tab was added for consistency purposes since many of the other dashboards had this already.

•Refunds dashboard renamed to “Returns & Adjustments” since these relate to adjustments for returns from your settlements.

•Ship Dailies dashboard no longer uses the time portion of the date so shipments are now grouped by date correctly since time is no longer being used.

•Shipping Summary dashboard now has a “This Year” filter tab. This tab was added for consistency purposes since many of the other dashboards had this already.

•Top Buyers dashboard no longer displays buyers with no ID or name which were inserted by settlements when the “Add Missing Orders” option was selected during file import.

Products Enhancements & Fixes

Product Explorer:

•Supplier info populating and posting correctly.

Products Filter Tab:

•ASIN filter so you can search for products using this value.

•Merchant and FBA fulfilled filters

•Cogs & Price Filters for both Merchant and FBA.

Products Data Tab:

•Product SKU is now editable.

New Data Fields:

•Estimated Shipping: “Est Ship” fields have been added to capture the estimated shipping for the item. This value is used for calculating gross margin (GM).

•Estimated Fees: “Est Fees: fields have been added to capture the estimated market fees for the item. This value is used for calculating gross margin (GM).

•Weight and Weight Unit: These fields added to capture the weight and unit of measure.

•Key Product: 5 key product fields have been added so you can capture and store the 5 key product features for an item.

•Search Terms: 5 search terms fields have been added so you can capture and store 5 sets of search terms for an item.

•FBA Cost and Price fields have been added so you can have separate cost and price for FBA listing items.

•FBA Quantities: Additional FBA quantity fields have been added so you can view reserved, unsellable, inbound, and processing quantities in near real time.

Products Data Import

•Active Listings: Merchant active listings inventory file support has been added. You can download the file from your seller central account and import it into Communiqué. This option is available from the product explorer popup menu.

•Fulfilled Inventory: FBA fulfilled inventory file support has been added. You can download the file from your seller central account and import it into Communiqué. This option is available from the product explorer popup menu.

•Product File Import: CSV and tab delimited file import and update is now supported in Communiqué. This feature makes adding and updating product data much easier. This option is available from the product explorer popup menu.

Product Replenishment Reports

•Display SKUs with sales only filter option: This option has been added to replenishment reports. When toggled on, the report will only list SKUs with sales during the period selected. When toggled off, the report lists all SKUs whether or not there were any sales during the period selected.

Other Report Enhancements & Fixes

•Product Sales by Date:

Added Supplier SKU and Supplier Name columns.

•Sales Summary:

Added Fulfillment Type and ASIN columns.

•Sales Summary by Product:

Added Fulfillment Type and ASIN columns.

Settlements

•Fee Types: Several new fee types have been added to provide more granularity with your settlements.

•Duplicate Orders and Items: Extra checks have been added to ensure duplicate orders or items are prevented. This was a particular problem with FBA orders with multiple shipment IDs, and split settlements.

•ShipID and ShipmentIDs fields are now captured from both FBA orders and FBA settlements to improve settlement reconciliation.

Stone Edge Data Synch

The Stone Edge data synch has been overhauled and improved. It no longer imports orders or products from your Stone Edge database. It now updates products and orders already existing in your Communiqué for ASC database from Amazon data downloads. Shipping & Tracking and Purchase Orders are still imported for existing orders and products only. Suppliers are still imported and updated.
