Communiqué for Order Manager

Communiqué is the definitive reporting solution for Order Manager.  With 250 plus standard  integrated reports, Communiqué will show you things about your on-line business you never knew (the good, the bad, and the ugly).  Communiqué is a feature rich desktop based professional grade reporting tool tool designed to tell you more about your on-line business with Order Manager.

History List

Communiqué maintains a history list of all the reports you executed.  You can easily switch between reports by selecting anyone of the reports listed in the history list.  As you switch between reports you will notice each report maintains it previous state.  Meaning, each report is exactly in the same state as you left it (data, search parameters, etc.).  The benefit to you is you do not have to print each report.  You can easily switch between reports to view the results.

Dashboard Central

Dashboard Central provides instant insight into your business activities by displaying your business intelligence content together in one consolidate view.  By providing a constant view of your on-line sales performance, the immediate feedback can improve overall business performance.

Custom Reports

Communiqué supports the ability for user defined custom report add-ins.  There is already a pre-defined section for custom reports on Communiqué's main ribbon bar.  There is no job too big or small for us to consider.  All you need to do is provide us with the specifications to the report (let us know what data you want to display, etc.), and we will provide you with a quote for the job and an estimated completion date.  If you are not sure what you want, contact us and we will set up a conference call to discuss your requirements.  We will even make modifications to existing reports and customize it to satisfy your business needs. 

Executing Reports

Selecting the execute report feature is the primary means for generating report results.  Search parameters, if available for the report, are presented so you may refine the report as necessary to meet your requirements.

The search capabilities of Communiqué are extensive.  You can find, target, and pinpoint data quickly and easily with its powerful and flexible search engine.  You have instant access to an extensive array of search criteria and filters to help you find what you are looking for with ease.

Printing Reports

Printing reports has never been easier.  Select the print button from the ribbon or right mouse click and select the print menu from the popup menu. Select the desired print options and press the Ok button to send the report to the selected printer.

Exporting Reports

You can export your reports from Communiqué easily.  Click on the export button located on the ribbon bar or right mouse click to invoke the pop-up menu and select the file type for export.  Follow the prompts and find out how quickly and easily you can export your reports to a variety of popular industry standard file formats.

Color Schemes and Styles

Communiqué is highly customizable providing you with a more pleasant user experience.  Options and settings you select are retained so you do not have to set and reset them every time you use these features.
