Communiqué has been developed and tested on Windows 10, 8, 7, and Vista. We make no guarantees about compatibilities with older operating systems and do not support those directly. Having said that, you should be able to run the 32 bit version on those older operating systems satisfactorily. Communiqué has a very sophisticated user interface and some of those interface elements may not render properly with older Windows operating systems. This will not affect the reports or the results.
